Mr. H. S. Rustagi, B. Com, FCA, ACS
Mr. H.S.Rustagi has graduated from Hailey College of Commerce, Dalhousie in the year 1951 and completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1955. He thereafter also became the member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. After obtaining the qualifications, he joined one of the large banks in India i.e. Punjab National Bank (now a public sector bank), at managerial level and in 1969 he joined a Central Financial Institution i.e. Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) at a senior managerial position. In 1974, he took premature retirement and joined a firm of Chartered Accountants as partner and in 1976 he started his own
practice under the name & style of the firm H.S.Rustagi & Co.

Mr. S.K.Rustagi after completing apprenticeship training with the firm became the Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1982 and in 1987; he became Fellow member of the Institute. He joined the firm as partner with effect from April 1982. He has the experience of about twenty years during which he has handled the various assignments relating to audit and taxation. Presently, he is heading the tax department of the firm that is handling the Direct and Indirect tax matters.He has been selected as peer reviewer by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Narendra Kumar Rustagi, B.Com (H), F.C.A, FCS, Member IIA

Mr. Narendra Kumar Rustagi after completing apprenticeship training with the firm became the Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1987. In 1992, he became Fellow member of the Institute. He joined the firm as partner with effect from April 1987. He has the experience of fifteen years during which he has handled the various assignments relating to audit, management assignments, project financing, system study, etc. of large corporate, public sector institutions and banks. Presently, he is heading the statutory audit department of the firm. During his professional career, he has gained the in depth knowledge of various Industries in India and abroad i.e. manufacturing, trading, entertainment, IT, Communication, Media, Fertilizers, Banking, etc. He has been retained by a large corporate group in India for over a year for their business interest in Malaysia. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting the audits of companies. He has been involved also in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from nationalized banks. He has also successfully handled business valuation for UK based head quartered organization and assets valuation for use by banks and financial institution. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Companies belonging to large corporate houses in India.He has been selected as peer reviewer by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Tajender Khanna, B.Com (H), F.C.A.

Mr. Tajender Khanna became the Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1984 and in 1989; he became Fellow member of the Institute. He started his career by joining Industry i.e. Control & Switchgear (P) Ltd. having collaboration with Terasaki, Japan and Telemecqnie, EU and later started his own practice. He had been associated with the firm on assignment basis since 1990, however, later joined the firm as partner with effect from1993. He has the experience of about eighteen years during which he has handled the various assignments relating to audit, taxation and project financing. Presently, he is heading the management audit department of the firm and has handled assignments of large corporate that are into the manufacturing of Cigarettes, Industrial explosives, Dairy products and trading etc.He has been selected as peer reviewer by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has completed Diploma course of Information System Auditor
(ICAI)
that is comparable with CISA.
